Arizona a “no-fault” State

The state of Arizona is not a “no-fault” state so a driver is not going to be required to carry Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and the state of Arizona does not require drivers to carry comprehensive, collision, or uninsured motorist protection. Furthermore, the state of Arizona insurance rates are higher than the national average.
